Pony Camp

At the end of each school year, Lennen Bilingual School takes the entire student body to the countryside for a week. Activities focus on riding ponies and playing in nature. Up until a week before "Pony Camp", we had no intention of sending Jonah. He'd only done two sleepovers, and he'd barfed at one of them. So we were a bit taken aback when he announced to us that he did want to go to Pony Camp after all and that we should sign him up. It was a tremendous success for all of the kids, and Loki deserves accolades as well since he'd never been away from home for more than a typical sleepover before either.

And here they are upon return, with well-rested happy parents. Absence does make the heart grow fonder after all.
