It's Such a Perfect Day

Random thoughts on a Saturday night...

Today was a perfect day in Paris. We visited with friends, we went to the park, we took the metro, the bus, we walked. We ate pain au chocolat (and brioche, and figs, and also Japanese food, which was actually very good).

The Jardin de Luxembourg was dressed in her fall best, and I just couldn't resist snapping some photos. I tried to coerce the children to pose for a few, but they were only somewhat obliging (look in the pics for evidence of their rebellion; elbows poked into siblings' ribs, grimaces, hands swatting, etc...)
